Can't copy Title placeholder text.

I need to copy the title, subtitle, credits, and copyright notice from a piece that used the Document Setup Wizard to enter these text elements.

Example: I select the title text (in this case, "Arise, and Let Us Be Like God") and copy it. When I move to the new document and paste, it get "Title," Not the text I copied.

I've searched everywhere and cannot for the life of me see how to do this simple task.

What am I missing?

The actual text block itself says "use the title as found in Score Manager/File Info, so you'll have to enter it there.
