MIDI - ignore everything except NOTE IN and NOTE OUT

Hello everyone,
I've been a Finale user since 2003 and sometimes I have trouble wit this.
Sometimes I touch the faders or knobs of my Midi keyboard, and sometimes the functions conflict with other Midi softeware I'm using and it messes up the playback of notes on Finale.
I'd like to know if there a way to make finale only listen to NOTE IN and NOTE OUT commands from my keyboard, and ignore and CC change, Patch change, velocity or anything else, keeping everything else the way it is.
I don't use Finale as a Midi workstation and I suppose most people also don't. I use my midi keyboard just to punch in the notes, so midi dynamics and CCs are irrelevant.
