I opened a new document several times and when playback Clarinet decreases its volume for just 2 measures (m. 2-3), then goes back to ist nomal volume.
I don't think is something hidden, as they are new documents.
I suspect it's something related to ties and clarinet.

Try creating a Custom Human Playback setup using Standard as the basis, but uncheck Automatic Expression. HP has a mind of its own.
