Finale 2015, iMac with Sierra.
Often, during playback execution the sound will stop for a split second.
I added 8GB RAM but the problem still exists.
I suspect that the problem can be solved by changes settings Finale 2025.
But I do not know where.
Any help is appreciated.
Brief interruptions during playback.

I'm not sure if it will help with your specific issue, but I noticed that actually reducing the amount of memory given to the ARIA player/engine has more of a positive effect than increasing has. Many (not all) playback issues have disappeared when I set the max engine RAM allocation to 2 GB and disk pre-caching to 128 kB. YMMV, of course.
Running Finale 25.4.1.163 in OS X 10.11.6
In Device Setup/Audio Setup, I have 24/96, Buffer at 4096.
A lower Buffer results in gaps.
Using a DAC, playback is the best it's ever been in Finale (25).
I don't have to adjust anything in the Aria Engine.
Also, make sure you have the most recent Aria, there's a place to click to download/install it in there somewhere....
