Finale version 2014.5 Mac

I'm having trouble understanding why my exported audio (aiff) track is 6:14, but my composition when played internally by finale is 6:09. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Five seconds doesn't seem like much, unless you're trying to sync with an external video.

I have Human Playback set to "none." I'm assuming from your earlier reply that removing the HP altogether would eliminate a possible variable in tempo, but maybe I misunderstood?
The aiff files are simply click tracks that I need to drop into the movie cues, intended for live performance. The scores are written, but all staves except the clicks are muted on the audio export.

I was assuming you were using HP. I was talking about applying the HP into the hard-wired mode with the plugin.

Anyway, you are using Mac, but your profile says Windows. I can probably give better advice for Windows, but this workaround should might apply to Mac:

Try recording in real time via a live capture audio program (I use Audacity). It takes the time of your track to accomplish it, but might be the only way to get it to work.

I'm guessing we might not have all the information we might need to do realistic troubleshooting, but we can at least make suggestions.
