Windows 7 Finale 2014.5
Any ideas why some of these harmonics are playing and some aren't. E.g mm 7 doesn't, mm. 8 does, mm. 9 on doesn't...
String harmonics playing back randomly

I only checked the Violin. It appears you are trying to get a note 1/2 step higher than the sample allows. The sample has the D as the highest note, and this is an Eb.

Anything above D will not sound. The written note is not the issue, but the playback note. Open up the Aria player and see the range for that instrument on the piano keyboard. Anything above the highest note (playback) will not sound.
The 5 options you have are:
1. Find a sample with higher notes
2. Edit the sample to include higher notes (not for the faint of heart)
3. Use MIDI (Softsynth or built in GM)
4. Change the note to a lower note.
5. Keep it as is but ignore the fact that it doesn't play back
