Creating a Click track

I'm on Finale '03, PC.
I have a recording project coming up this spring and I would like to use my Finale files to create click-tracks to aid in editing. My plan is to use the piano reduction plug-in, then add a percussion staff for the click. The Piano redux will remain as a scratch play-along track. For the session, the producer will play the .mus file out through headphones to the players.
My question is:
How do I get even ritards and accels? For Example: A 2 bar ritard from 1/4=120 to 1/4=92, or a 4 bar accel form 80 to 112?
