Could someone tell me (I have Finale 2003) how I can save the tempo changes I've made in Coda Notation, to midi. There are these 3 settings on the export box, but nothing gets saved if I click onto Tempo Map. I can export as a 0 or 1 midi file, but then the tempo isn't saved - not sure about the velocity.

Is this a function of the Instrument List? Do I have to set up a separate track for the tempo, or exactly how does that work? Can't seem to find a good explanation in the help files.

I should also mention that I'm not using a keyboard, just writing arrangements with a mouse, so I guess the Hyperscribe Tool isn't for me.

Thanks.

Mike.

PS I used Noteworthy, once, and found that a tempo track was automatically saved, tho I didn't really like the program because if you imported an existing midi file it would redistribute all the notes according to some ideas of its own.
