How to make a full bar rest with expression tool

Expression tool>miscellaneous>create miscellaneous expression>Maestro Wide font>ALT+0183

You may have to experiment with the font size. Start with 24.

Might we ask, why?

Making orchestral parts, I often run into making cue notes in layer 1, resize them, and make a full bars rest in layer 2. But there´s always complications either with the placement of the rest, or the notes in layer 1 altering positions. Thanks !
