Hey, I'm working on an arrangement and at measure 39 or so, the brass instruments suddenly are totally out of tune. Even when I replicate or copy the exact notes from other staves, they are really off. It's not an accidental issue, as I tried sharping and flatting the notes, still way off. Its almost as if the staves are playing other instruments while reading from the correct part; as in the trumpet is playing the trombone stave. Its that kind of thing. The music is transposed correctly, the program just isn't playing it right. It's playing the wrong notes.
It happens at about measure 39, but is fine up until then, which is the really weird part. Any help would be great! Thanks!

My first guess would be that the culprit is a glissando.
Do you have any glissandi in the document?

Even if removing the glissando did not fix the issue, the glissando may have been the culprit - or rather: the culprit could have been Human Playback trying to interpret the glissando, by changing the MIDI data.
Try this (on a backup copy):
Edit menu > Clear Selected Items…
In the dialog box Clear Selected Items, select only
MIDI data > Continuous Data
