Finale 2014 & System crashing during playback

Has anyone else been experiencing, during playback in Finale 2014 ver. d, their computer crashing and creating a Data Dump? This started to happen with me 2 days ago while putting the finishing formats on a Jazz Big Band score. I'm a bit timid in going back in the file and continuing the editing, I have made a backup, but I need to finish this assignment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should probably submit this to tech support.

Thanks Miker. I just heard back from Tech Support and sent them requested files. Hopefully they can help me fix this problem.

I have followed these steps but when I go to VST Banks and Effects from the MIDI/Audio menu the only options that appear are ARIA player and Smart Synth. Similarly, when I go to the Score Manager, under devices the only options are Garritan, SmartMusic Synth, and Aria Player. Is this a feature that only works for MAC computers?
