It seems, when using headphones, that finale playback randomly switches between mono and stereo every few seconds. I, of course, want stereo at all times. Is there a way to correct this? Is it an audio driver issue? I do believe the sound works normally in all other cases on my computer.

Have you checked to see if there are updated drivers?

Have you contacted Finale Tech Support?

I think I have confirmed it is not the driver. I have tried several versions of the sound driver.

Is finale tech support the best step?

I would think so.

They have the largest database of problems.
