Finale Will not playback at all

Finale Will not playback at all. Not just no sound. Playback will not initiate. Period. Help! Cursor is stuck on the first notes of the piece. NOTHING HAPPENS! HELP!!!

I'm having the same exact issue and so far the technician I'm working with hasn't been able to find a solution. I've tried resetting Finale, deleting certain parts, and creating a new document, however, none of these solutions are working. It's very aggravating!
