Dual display problem

I'm using an ATI 9250 128mB video card driving 2 displays on an Asus P4B266C motherboard. and stretching Finale over both screens. The mouse (Logitech Mx700) scroll wheel, and right click context menus only work on Display #1 -nothing happens with them on display #2.

This problem only occurs with Finale and Cubase SX2. My Microsft apps and Reason don't appear to exhibit this problem.

Does anyone have experience with this, or any clues?
