Hey everyone, first post here. I have a question about setting the number of measures per line. I just wrote a song and of course Finale made it so that there are odd numbers of measures on each line; some have four, some have five, some have six, some have two, depending on how many notes there are. I want to set it so that there are four measures of every line. Any way to do that?

Depends on which program you have. In SongWriter and above, there will be a command "Fit Music" (or Fit Measures, depending on the year version) that will allow you to set the number of measures per line. You will need to look in your help files, to find out exactly where this command lurks.

NotePad does not have this option.

Thanks! I never would have found that on my own.
