I read some of the posts in the "Wishlist" forum, and most of them had answers from Mike suggesting that they be submitted to tech support as a feature request. So is the Wishlist forum just for readers to blow off steam into the void, with their suggestions going nowhere? Why have it at all?
I would have thought that MakeMusic would benefit from having some of the feature requests debunked by experienced users, say in the all-too-often cases where the feature already exists but the OP didn't know where to find it or how to execute it. This would take considerable pressure off their tech support team, and serve as a triage for good ideas for future changes.
What is the "Wishlist" forum for?

I see the Wishlist forum as a place where Finale users - experienced and in-experienced - can discuss feature requests.
Perhaps it is just me, but I have sometimes sent a feature request to MakeMusic after I have read a forum discussion.
