I'm using Finale 25.5.0.290 on Windows 7.
I'm seeing a problem when I try to edit the suffix keynumber offsets such that they don't persist (and I've seen it for several versions of Finale).
Here is my workflow:
1) create a new chord (e.g. C-7b13)
2) and edit the suffix keynumber offsets (using "Set Play") so that the chord plays correctly (e.g. 0, 3, 7, 10, 20)
3) Finale seems happy with the numbers I enter
4) I select "OK"/"OK" to go back to the Chord Suffix Selection
5) I go back to the Chord Suffix Editor, then select "Set Play" again, all the entries are 0.
It is inconsistent, but some of the chords appear to be able to persist the changes, but some don't. And even stranger, some seem to be able to persist, and then are *not* able to persist.
I'm uploading my chord library. Editing the suffix keynumber offsets for the chord "-7b13" should show the problem.

I believe the problem might be the 0. You only need to enter the numbers for the intervals above the root. So, 3, 7, 10, 20 should be the numbers for the 4 slots.

I don't know if you're still around, zuill, but I ran into this problem again, forgot the fix, did another web search, and it brought me here to my original question.
So, 5 1/2 years later, you're still helping me -- thanks!
