I've only used theSibelius demo, so I can't really advocate using it, but in the interest of knowledge, and informed decisions, here is a workaround: enter them as seperate grace notes, then select edit and drag them so they are aligned. It should work. Finale will let you do it (it will, with
some effort, let you do anything....).
