Your question is a bit vague.

If I understand you correctly, the first note and the last note in a repeated section are of the same pitch, and they should be tied together.

1. What about the last note before the repeated section? Is it of the same pitch as the first note in the repeated section? And should these two notes, too, be tied together?

2. What about the first note after the repeated section? Is it of the same pitch as the last note in the repeated section? And should these two notes, too, be tied together?

The performer, too, might get in doubt about how to perform your notation. Perhaps you should consider notating with a first ending and a second ending. Or perhaps you should avoid the repeat notation entirely and simply write it out twice: "When in doubt, write it out!"
