Your question is a bit unclear. What is a "midi graphic"?

As far as I know, a MIDI file is recorded data of a MIDI instrument performance: What key was pressed, with what velocity was it pressed, when was it pressed, when was it released, what MIDI instrument sound was used a.s.o.
To hear a MIDI file, you can drag it onto QuickTime Player, and hear it played with the QuickTime Musical Instruments.

A graphic is a picture that can be displayed on the computer screen or printed. With Finale's Graphics Tool you can export your Finale engraving as a graphic. The Graphics Tool offers 4 options for graphic format:
EPS
TIFF
PICT
Illustrator

Windows XP has some problems with PostScript, so you should avoid EPS, if the HP uses Windows XP. Of course, you should also avoid PostScript files (available via Finale's Print dialog box, if you have a PostScript printer driver).

The TIFF format is probably the safest way. Note that the graphic resolution doesn't have to be as high as the printing resolution. To print at 300 dpi on the HP, a 150 dpi TIFF graphic is sufficient.

The PICT format is not well known on Windows machines. Use the PICT format on Macs only.

The TIFF graphic can be transferred as it is, it can be inserted into a Word document, or it can be converted into a .pdf document that can be opened and printed with the free Acrobat Reader.
