An addition to Dan's advice:You can have text appearing in several places without actually duplicating the text.
Text blocks can be page assigned or measure assigned.
Page assigned text blocks are created in Page View, measure assigned text blocks are created in Scroll View.
You can set up a page assigned text block (e. g. the file name) to appear automatically on the same spot on every page you specify. This is done in the Frame Attributes dialog box: Shift-double-click the text block's handle.
You can have the same text contents appearing "mirrored" in several measure assigned text blocks. This means that you can correct a spelling error in one of the text blocks - and the error will be corrected in all the text blocks. To perform this trick, copy the text block with the Mass Mover Tool (Mass Mover menu: Copy Measure Items...).
