Tim,
In order to edit or create your own percussion map, go to the staff tool. Once there double click on your percussion staff that you need to edit, in the box that appears, there should be a drop down list for notation style and right next to it on the right is a button that says "select". Click on that and then on the MIDI map selection click on "General MIDI entry and Playback" and then click edit. A list of percussion instruments appears. Click on the high agogo and then go to the right and change the staff line and then if you want below that you can change the note head. Once you've done that click in the box that says "use highlighted note". If you have removed all unwanted highlighted notes and have the ones you want in the right spot, it should work for you.

Hope this helps, if not, my deepest apologies,
Greyson
