Re: Re: Re: Why should I buy Finale?
Message:Thanks for all the excellent feedback re. my question: why should I buy Finale? It has really been most helpful. I'm looking forward to learning to use the program, which I DID buy in the end. The beginners forum has been a great resource and I plan to keep consulting it as I get to know my new software. And speaking of the forum, what you suggest about consulting a comparable Sibelius forum was very astute. I did try to, but, interestingly, in order to participate in it you have to have purchased Sibelius already, so you can't actually scan their board unless you've already made the commitment to buy. It made me a bit wary: is Sibelius trying to hide something by not letting in browsers who are in the market to buy notation software? How much sense does that make? Thanks.
