Message:Hello. I'm new to Finale and midi production. What I'm trying to do is make a cd from a song book that I have. I'm trying to scan the images and make a midi file and eventually record to cd. When I scan the images, I get problems when I bring it to finale. It scans ok with smart score or midiscan, being accurate to the original scan notation, but in finale, it gets all jumbled up and I see some notes are off the page...I also this padlock symbol...does anyone know what that means? Should I continue to expereince this difficulty, is there anyone willing to help get the midi files? Any help is much appreciated. ThanksRiz
