Title: two notes on two staffs with the same flag?

Hello
Do you know how to write a diad (in french "diade", two notes simultaneously), one note in one staff and the other on another staff; but the same flag for the two notes. Is that clear? Hmm..well, i must study my english. I have try this unsuccessfully, i lose always the flag of one note.
