Follow these steps:
1. In Music Time, go to the File Menu: Export File: Midi File: Name&Save it (to your Desktop so you can find it). This saves your music as a MIDI file (.mid) You can do a bunch of these, so you don't have to keep going back and forth between programs.
2. Quit Music Time (do NOT leave it open along with Finale).
3. Open Finale, go to File Menu: Open. A dialog box appears: choose MIDI file: Open & select the MIDI version (now on your desktop) in the dialog box: Open: Dialog box appears: choose Tracks Become Staves & SAVE. Edit where necessary.
