Harald's suggestion is, in fact, ideal in the case that your voices are in layers. However, it sounds as if you may have just entered them in on one layer in two-part chords. If this is the case, expore the "explode music" feature of finale (under the mass edit menu). In my opinion, this is one of Finale's most powerful tools. Experiment with it by setting up dummy staves to explode into, then select the bars you wish to seperate, and select explode (or shortcut key 2). The dialogue box will give you all of the options you should need.
If your parts are not too contrapuntal, this works just as well for all three voices, and is quite a time saver when working with predominately block harmony or rhythmic unison lines.
