There is a web page called "classical Midi Archives" that has midi files of lots of scores by classical composers. I believe I have also seen some Finale ETF files on that page. I most recently have used the Tschaikowsky Bb Minor Piano Concherto from this page and it is 99.999% correct as compared to the printed score from the publisher. These midi files can be downloaded and then opened by Finale. You have to be careful with the Finale Quantization settings, and you may have to go into the instrument list and set the proper voices (instruments) after the file is loaded.
