You cannot "convert" MIDI to WAV directly since a MIDI file is not a sampled sound or any other type of recording. A MIDI file is simply a collection of MIDI messages that requires a MIDI device or MIDI player to interpret.

To make a CD of your MIDI file, open Allegro and record your MIDI file to a tape player. Then record the tape to your hard drive and save as a WAV or whatever other music format you need to burn your CD.
