Michael,
To read Mac formatted volumes the PC needs special software.
However there is a free solution: the Mac can read a DOS formatted floppy. Therefore:
1. Put a DOS formatted floppy in the Mac.
2. Drag-copy the Finale Mac documents onto the floppy.
3. Rename the Finale Mac documents on the floppy so that they obey the file name conventions of DOS/Windows.
4. Eject the floppy by dragging it to the Trash.
5. Insert the floppy into the PC.
