Dan,the nice and also not-so-nice thing about using the german version
is that it's usually released half a year later than the english
version. On the one hand it's not-so-nice because when Coda announces
the new release, I can't take advantage immidiately of the new
features, even if the would ease my work a lot.
The nice thing about it is the fact that the english Finale community
does most of the bug-tracking and finds out the new traps and
workarounds. Usually, the german distributor Klemm Music releases
a later version in which the most serious bugs have been fixed.
You see, Finale releases are a bit delayed over here...the german
Keyboard magazine (www.keyboards.de) just releases a test of
Finale 2000 in its newest monthly edition...
