Message:"Don't Let the Sun Catch You Cryin'" made popular by Gerry and the Pacemakers in the mid 60s is one of my favourite all time tunes. Goes back and forth a few times between Cmaj7 and Fmaj7 before the bridge. As a side note, try using a major 7th instead of a major chord and a minor 7th instead of a minor chord in just about any ballad and it sounds so cool. I know a duet who wowed a Bob Dylan workshop with their version of "Like a Rolling Stone" using this method. |
