Message: If you qualify for purchasing academic software (member of Educational Institutions -- K12 through Higher Education, Students, Faculty and Staff of recognized educational institutions), you could try Genesis Technologies: https://www.academic-softwares.com/index.asp They sell online only for the U.S., but they accept commands by fax for other countries.
