The way I'd do this:
You don't say whether its a bar of 4/4 with a 10 group or a bar of 10/8 , but as far as the beaming is concerned , I'd use layer one to enter all the 10 quavers . Use Speedy tool to make all stems up
Then I'd do the same thing in layer 2 (ie the same 10 notes) making the stems down. Beam all notes in both layers together , then use Speedy / O to hide the notes ( and their stems) that you don't want.

I'm sure there are a number of ways to do this but this is how I'd do it
