Message:Igor has just been released for windows, and I strongly encourage you to check the 30 day demo out, including, by the way, the full manual in pdf. Windows users must download the installer zip which was added to the download page to correct an install bug. Run the install zip after Igor is installed. It will not open until this installer is run. Immediately download within Igor the 23 or so patches that have been released since it came out, an easy task from the menu.
I think you will find this program blows Finale away. Do some detailed stuff with dynamics. Igor will even do crecendos and decrecendos on tied whole notes. Nothing else out will playback like this.
