Message:i know my finale backwards and fowards, it's my computer i don't understand. i have tons of ram and all that (so i've been told) and yet the computer tends to slow down the longer i use finale. i know this is a trend because i recently switched computer work stations due to finale being rendered useless at my first. now my second is beginning to display similar qualities. just what is it doing? playback sometimes takes up to two minutes to begin, and all general functions are much slower than they initially were. is it because i am storing my songs on my hard drive? i have more than enough space to hold them, but would they slow down my finale processes? other programs are not affected. thanks ~ matt
