Message: Matt, Try this, sometimes your hard drive needs to be defragmented for your programs to run more smoothly. From your start menu.....Start....Programs....Accessories...System Tools....Disk Defragmenter..then select your hard drive (usually "C" drive) This process can take between 30 minutes and 3 hours, depending on how much stuff is on your computer, but might be worth a try. Also, follow the same steps above, but instaed of Disk Defrag, select ScanDisc...again select your hard drive...select "standard", and also "automatically fix errors" Not sure if this will help, but you never know Good Luck Brian
