Title: Restoring rest default positions

Message:
After storing music in a second or third layer, Finale moves the rests so that they do not overlap the rests in the other layer (just in case they have different values, I presume). I know that SHIFT-8 will restore a rest to its default position, but how do I get it to restore all the rests? The "move rests" plugin will move all rests up or down, but if I select an entire staff, it also moves whole bar rests, which is very much undesired.
