I don't know much about drum notation. If you by the word "stickings" mean R and L above the notes, try the Lyrics Tool.

I don't know "the marking to double bounce a note". What does it look like?

Playback of a percussion part is a matter of editing the percussion map. I suggest that you study the manual in the section about the Percussion Map Designer dialog box. To find that section, open the Index file (FinIX.pdf), go to "P" and you will find a hyperlink leading to the section about the Percussion Map Designer dialog box.
