Juan,
you have to save your chordsuffix in a library and then import them to a new document: Choose "Save Library" from the File menu and select "Chords & Fretboards" in the dialogbox, klick OK, and you will have your new suffix in the document along with the previous.
If you want your new suffixes in every new document, do as follows: Open the file "Maestro Font Default" located in the finale folder, import the library as you did above, save the document with the same name in the same place and you will have your suffixes in every new document even if you open a template.
