Message:
I wasn't sure which forum to post this to so I'm posting here and in the MIDI one.

I am still using Finale 3.7.2 until I can afford a more updated version, so I hope someone here can help me.

When I save a document as a MIDI file, it saves the playback tempo at 96. This means that when I use a MIDI player if, say, I'm posting a MIDI file on the web, it plays back at 96 beats per minute no matter what the actual tempo is supposed to be. Why does it do this, and how do I fix it? Please, any help would be wonderful!

Thank you,
Sean
