Message:HI. Recently purchased Finale and am quite happy. Wondering: is there a way to add staves so that they are not automatically connected to previous staves? I am a music teacher and am trying to make up a test on Finale, so I would like to have a bunch of text, then a staff or two, then some more text, etc. But when I add each staff, it is joined automatically to all of the previous staves, and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please post replies here as I am not sure if my e-mail is working properly. Thanks a lot.
