Hayim,

With the Mass Mover Tool set to "Copy Everything" you can copy the music including items that are assigned to note entries or to measures, such as articulations, expressions, measure assigned text blocks &c.

Page assigned text blocks are another story. For each text block on page 1, you have to set the text block's frame attributes to display the text block on both page 1 and page 2. In Other Words: You do not really copy the text block to page 2, you merely tell Finale to display the text block on both page 1 and page 2.

To make page 2 look exactly like page 1, you also might take a look at the Page Layout Tool:

You can set the page margins for a region of pages, in this case a page range "From 1 Thru 2".

And you can set the system margins for a range of systems. You probably have the same system margins for all the systems on page 1, except the top system.
In this example, let's say that you have 4 systems on page 1. You want system 5 (= the first system on page 2) to have the same margins as system 1. And you want systems 6 through 8 to have the same margins as systems 2 through 4.
Select system 1, and open the Edit System Margins dialog box. The dialog box will display the margins for system 1: "System 1 Thru 1". Change the text fields to "System 5 Thru 5", and click the button "Apply". You can set the system margins for system 6 - 8 the same way.

You probably don't want the two pages to display identical measure numbers. But it can be done, with the Measure Tool. And you can make the two pages display the same page number.
