Message:
I am writing quite a bit for large ensembles with Finale 2000c (Win98se) and there's a recurring rpoblem with note lenghts.
If I write, say a whole note chord for an entire brass section (say 4 trp's, 4 trb's) and I want to change the length of that chord, I have to manually change the length of 8 notes. Is there a way to shortcut this procedure.

Since I do a lot of voice-crossing, staying in block-chords in one staff until the final score is ready and then simply "exploding" it, is not an option.

I write directly to score as if it was on paper!
