Message:There is an awkward way, but hey... You could open the wave file in an editor you like the looks of (Steinberg Wavelab, for ex.) then make a screenshot of it (with any of the many freeware programs you can make screenshots with; I use PrintKey 2000) and save the picture as a file. You can then even edit the picture in a graphics program in whichever way you like and then import it into Finale.
