Do you mean screenshot? That's going to be low-resolution, and very pixelated, compared to a vector PDF exported from Finale.

And why use an online PDF converter, when you're on a Mac, which can do this instantly?

At the least, you could send a support ticket in to MM, who need to be aware of problems that people are having. That said, you do seem to be unusually unlucky in your experience.

You should only have to do it once for the entire JABB library. At worst, you would have to do it once for each additional Garritan library.

If you can't find the JABB samples anywhere on your disk, then you may have to reinstall JABB.

That error suggests that the JABB samples aren't installed; or at least, they aren't in the place where ARIA is looking for them. It's worth saying that "iCloud is not a backup". It doesn't do versioning; and you can only recover deleted files for 30 days. You can't recover overwritten files, for example.
