Please add a choice in the time signature tool that will create a number on the top and a note on the bottom as is commonly found in elementary school music. For example, instead of 2/4, display 2/quarter note. Thank you very much!!!

Is there a way to make a time signature in Finale 2012 that has the number on top and the NOTE on the bottom? For example, instead of 2/4, 2/quarter note?
