Are you talking about MIDI keyboards or ASCII keyboards? A programmable keyboard is going to be dumb in that it can blast out a key sequence but can't see what's going on. The simplest thing then would be to add a new blank staff in the score manager. Change its transposition to Other and set it up for E transposition...
