HP Pavilion from 2012 Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz 16.0 GB ram. I'm using Noteperformer 3. A current project is no longer exporting to audio. File is 547 KB. The playback process gets to 73%, then freezes. The export window shuts down, and puts me back in the file with playback activated ...

It seems to have been some sort of lag in the program or something. Now that I've had the documents shut down for a while, and just reopened them, the programs letting me switch the Missing Font. But thanks, folks.

I'm recovering some old 2009 files. My instrument names seem to be formatted in a font that Finale is not recognizing (Missing font (11)) so I can't technically swap it out. Any suggestions?

Nope on the earlier versions BUT... I seem to be able to open the *bak files! Which is better than nothing.

Argh! An old 2011b project now won't open, in either 2011b or 2014.5. I get this: I don't really care which program I work on it, but I don't have the time or patience to rename all the *.mus files *.musx one by one.

I still can't generate a single one. I've tried generating the entire score, which only got me about five non consecutive pages.

Is the file maybe too big?

I just tried a smaller, 14 page chamber duo which exports fine.
