I'm trying to create a pickup measure with two and a half beats in it (4/4 time), and finale only gives me the option of two beats or three beats. Is there a way to customize further how many beats are in your pickup measure?

I'm on finale 2014 on windows and I'm trying to add an unusual chord. It's a D diminished flat 9 chord. D F Ab Cb Eb. But finale won't let me add it because it says it "can't find the suffix 'dim7b9'." How can I add this chord into my song?
